What does VMFlux support today?
VMFlux currently focuses on OBJ + MTL export workflows for supported Navisworks versions. The current public release is VMFlux OBJ Exporter v3.2.6.
Which Navisworks versions are supported?
The current exporter supports Navisworks 2024, 2025, and 2026.
What is coming next?
GLB / glTF export and properties export are planned next as VMFlux expands into richer downstream workflows.
Can I download the plugin from this site?
No. Downloads are handled through the Autodesk App Store, not through this website.
What does the exporter output?
The current exporter outputs OBJ + MTL files, with material-aware behavior including real Navisworks material naming and transparency handling.
Can I export only part of a model?
Yes. The exporter supports both Selected Models and Entire Model scope so you can export either a targeted subset or the full model.
What units does it support?
The exporter supports mm, cm, m, km, in, ft, yd, and mi. It also includes “Keep numeric values (no unit scaling)” for workflows that need the original numeric values preserved.
